Well, we're not sure if Cassandra actually has silent reflux or not, but something sure has changed (for the better) with the introduction of the baby Zantac. Granted, her extreme fussiness and unwillingness to eat could have been related to something I ate or some other unknown factor. Either way, we're back to wet diapers, normal (not sunken) fontanels, and a well-hydrated baby.
In fact, this morning, her diaper was so wet, I saved it to show Brad when he comes home from work. It's silly I know, but there are so few indicators that we're doing the right thing with a baby six weeks old (almost), you have to take 'em where you can get 'em. So, yes, I saved a wet diaper.
